Major Malaysian telcos will be offering Pakej Perpaduan Prabayar Mudah Alih (Pakej Perpaduan) next week. Two Sarawak companies might be fined for damaging fibre cables

Two Sarawak-based companies might be fined by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) if they are found guilty of damaging fibre optic cables. According to a news article by The Borneo Post, the companies were allegedly to have damaged Telekom Malaysia’s (TM) network facilities, specifically 48 Core underground fibre optic cables. MCMC warns 4 Malaysian telcos for misleading internet data promotions

The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) last Thursday issued a warning to four telcos, namely Celcom, Maxis, Tune Talk and Webe for misleading internet data promotions which could lead to consumer confusion.
