Xiaomi has confirmed some specifications of the upcoming Mi Band 5. This comes ahead of an imminent launch of the fitness band which is scheduled this June 11.
The specifications for the new Mi Band 5 are as follows.

- NFC UnionPay and QuickPass
- Take pictures remotely
- Professional sensor upgrade
- 11 professional sports modes
- New women’s health model
It is believed that the ‘Professional sensor upgrade’ mentioned by Xiaomi above will be the new blood-oxygen saturation sensor (SpO2) that would help to track stress and breathing.
Aside from the specifications above, the Mi Band has also been teased in 5 new colour options namely yellow, red, green, and black.
Meanwhile, the imminent reveal of the Mi Band 4 will likely see the drop in prices for the Mi Band 4 both on GearBest and Lazada.
