Xiaomi is bringing another phone into Malaysia by selling the Xiaomi Redmi 9.
A post of Xiaomi Malaysia‘s official page confirms that the new smartphone would be available for purchase in Malaysia starting 18 June onwards, depending on what variant you want.
The lower specs Redmi 9 with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage will be released on 18 June while the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage space will be available from 25 June 2020.
The differences in specifications is limited to the RAM and storage space with both smartphones having a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display which is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 processor.
At the rear of the phone, there’s a 13-megapixel main camera which is accompanied with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, 5-megapixel macro, and 2-megapixel depth cameras.
An 8-megapixel selfie camera can be found on the front screen.
The Xiaomi smartphones are juiced up with a 5,020mAh battery that supports QC3 technology and up to 18W fast charger.
The phones will be available on Xiaomi’s official Shopee store on the said dates.
