The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) today announced that it is suspending its telephone hotline which was previously accessible at 1800188030.
Also suspended is its walk-in complaint services at all of its centers nationwide.
The commission said that the suspension of both services will take effect today, 11 January 2021, until further notified.
According to the commission, the suspension of both services was to help curb the spread of Covid-19.
Members of the public requiring MCMC services can still get in touch with the commission by contacting them via their website at https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/, WhatsApp (+60162206262) and also email firstname.lastname@example.org.
