Free RM50 e-Wallet credit for Malaysians

Aside from announcing a free 1GB internet for Malaysians during the Penjana economic recovery plan yesterday, the Malaysian government will also give out RM50 worth of credit to Malaysians through their e-wallets.

Similar to eTunai Rakyat which was given out previously, Malaysian Prime Minister, Muhyiddin Yassin announced that the RM50 credit will be directly credited to users e-Wallet account.

The credit called ePenjana, offers RM50 of credit and it comes with matching discount vouchers and cashbacks worth RM50 for physical purchases.

Malaysians aged 18 years and above are eligible to enroll in the program which will be implemented between July to September 2020.

To be eligible, one must be a Malaysian above 18 with an annual income of not more than RM100,000.

Prior to this, the eTunai Rakyat was given out to Malaysians using three major e-Wallets namely Boost, Touch’n’Go and GrabPay so you may want to download anyone of those apps if you are eligible for the funding and want to get it.
