Xiaomi Mijia Inkjet All-In-One Printer launched

A sub-brand of Xiaom, Mijia, has launched the Xiaomi Mijia Inkjet All-In-One Printer in its homeland China.

As the name indicates, the printer is an inkjet printer and it doesn’t only print, but also copies and scans.

What differentiates this Mijia Inkjet printer from the rest is the fact it also support different types of connections for using the printer.

According to the company the printer can supports printing files directly through the USB connection, WeChat remote printing and its own Xiaomi Carefree Connect.

It can also be connected to every member of the household by just one person through direct sharing permission granted in the Mijia App between family members.

The print quality is also good as it produces high-quality four-color dye ink which the company claims provides real-like printing through the unique special ink bottle.

Some 9,500 pages of colour printing can be done before the cartridge runs out with ink replacement adopting a unique pressure-based interlock structure which makes ink changing much easier.

When it comes to copying and scanning, the Mijia printer support both modes — colour and black and white mode for more accuracy of handwriting.

It also comes with an anti-backward and anti-backflow design and intelligent cleaning system based on the local climate conditions.

Price and availability

The Mijia printer retails at 1,199 yuan (~RM790), with no indication if it will officially come into Malaysia.

However, like most Mijia products, you can count on 3rd party importers to bring this printer into Malaysia.
