Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ coming to be launched 25th Feb

Samsung’s next flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ would be launched on February 25th.

This was confirmed by Samsung themselves who released a brief poster that states the new flagship would be unboxed on that date.

The date would mean that Samsung would be launching the new smartphone a day ahead of the MWC 2018 which is scheduled to take place between Feb. 26 until March 1.

With official invitations clearly stating the words “Reimagined”, it is believed that the Galaxy S9 and S9+ would boast major improvements in the camera department.

Other rumours regarding the specification of the Galaxy S9 and S9+ have already been said in my post here, so I guess there’s no point repeating the said specifications of the phone.

It is nonetheless speculated that is the Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be available for pre-orders starting from March 1 with shipments of the pre-ordered units starting on March 16.

However, as usual, Malaysia is likely to miss out on the pre-order options for now as it would likely be launched in Malaysia on a later date. That said, if you intend to get the phone early, you may need to find a friend where the smartphone would be sold after the launch, like say, the USA.

Else, you can always hope some good people would end up selling import versions on Lazada Malaysia.
