Oppo Reno4 series announced

After weeks or rumours, Oppo finally announced the Oppo Reno4 series yesterday and it looks like a lot of emphasis is given to its photography capabilities.

Announced as the Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro, both models of the Oppo Reno4 series are 5G enable phones and are powered by the Snapdragon 765G chipset.

The video shows that both phones will support 65W fast charging with the introduction video below showing that you should get your phone fully charged by the time you finish your coffee.  However, this is likely subjective.

Between the two, the Reno4 Pro model stands out with its 90Hz screen and a superior camera setup.

A 48-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x zoom with image stabilization makes this model more powerful as well.

You can watch the introduction video of the phone below.

PRICE & AVAILABILITY

The Oppo Reno4 series phones will be available in China from June 12 with the Reno4 priced at CNY3,000 and the Reno4 Pro going up to CNY3,800.

There’s no word about any global launch, or entries into South East Asia just yet.
