Microsoft today announced that the new Surface Laptop Go is now available in Malaysia at a starting price of RM 2,758.
Known as a laptop that offers the perfect balance of style, performance, and battery life, the new Surface Laptop Go is the lightest and most affordable Surface laptop yet.
The Microsoft laptop has a 12.4” PixelSense touchscreen display, large precision trackpad and a full-size keyboard with 1.3mm key travel for an accurate and comfortable typing experience.
It’s powered by Intel’s 10th generation i5 Quad-Core processor with up to 16GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The durable and lightweight Platinum metal finish makes the laptop look and feel good, and there’s a built-in 720p HD camera and Studio Mics for video calls.
Omnisonic Speakers and Dolby® Audio surround also adds to the advantage of using the laptop. In terms of ports, the Surface Laptop Go has USB A and USB C ports, with an audio jack also made available.
Select models of Surface Laptop Go have a Fingerprint Power Button with One Touch sign-in through Windows Hello.
One Touch sign-in also provides fast, secured access to OneDrive Personal Vault files and more, so users can jump in quickly and be productive.
Microsoft claims the laptop can stay on for 13-hours and with fast-charging made available, running out of power seems unlikely.

Business users will have their Surface Laptop Go prices bumped up but it does come with perks like Autopilot, Surface Enterprise Management Mode (SEMM) and Microsoft Intune and Windows 10 Pro. They are priced at:

The new Surface Laptop Go is available in Malaysia via commercial authorised resellers and authorised retailers from 24 November 2020.
