The upgrade, doubles the storage of the HONOR X9b 5G which was previously equipped with a 256GB.
Aside from the additional 512GB storage, the HONOR X9b 5G offers a massive 20GB RAM (12GB physical and 8GB virtual RAM) which is engineered with UFS3.1 technology.
The upgraded device is now available for purchase on the HONOR official website and at nationwide stores for RM1,699 in either Sunrise Orange or Midnight Black color variants.
Buyers who purchase the smartphone will receive complimentary gifts worth RM759, including the HONOR Choice Earbuds X5 and a 365-day Front and Back Crack Replacement.
Additionally, the 20GB RAM with 256GB storage variant remains available for purchase at a discounted price of RM1,399 on the HONOR website for a limited time with free gifts worth RM858 which consist of the HONOR Choice Earbuds X5, 365-day Front and Back Crack Replacement, and a phone case.
I reviewed the HONOR X9b previously, and this ultra-durable smartphone’s biggest flaw was its storage capacity which was just 256GB. Now with an upgraded storage capacity available, the smartphone is quite a bargain for any person wanting to use a smartphone ‘naked’.
