Chief Executive Officer of vivo Malaysia, Mike Xu showcasing the new vivo V7+

24MP selfie-shooter vivo V7+ unveiled in Malaysia at RM1.5K.

vivo unveiled their latest flagship model the V7+ in Malaysia yesterday. The phone which is the first selfie shooter with a 24MP front-facing camera also has an LED flash accompanying the it, and is also equipped with FaceBeauty 7.0 to ensure self photos are perfect.

In terms of body size and display, the V7+ has a massive 84.4% screen-to-body display, making it almost bezel-free with the 5.99-inch display showing smaller chins on both the top and bottom of the phone.

vivo however was quick to note that the massive display which they call FullView Display may not support some games, so don’t fret if you suddenly realizing your game isn’t in FullView.

Vivo V7+ FullView Display is something really cool about the new phone.

The rear camera features a 16MP PDAF equipped camera, able to capture ultra HD photos and videos.

Internally, a Snapdragon Qualcomm Octa-core processor with 4GB RAM on the sides, and 64GB internal storage space makes the main system of the phone, while Funtouch OS 3.2, which is based on Android 7.1 is the operating system used in the phone.

I’ve never tried Funtouch OS before, but knowing it is based on Android 7.1 is good.

To power up this super selfie phone, the vivo V7+ is equipped with a 3225mAh, which is good enough to last a day.

I think in terms of looks, the Vivo V7+ is definitely one of the best out there, and the massive FullView Display would be something to look forward to, especially after I’ve seen the video below, though I can’t give you a detailed insight like what I did for the Ulefone T1 as I’ve not personally tried out the V7+.

On top of that, the front selfie camera would also be something worth to have, though I personally do not think I’d be using the front camera as much since I am not quite a selfie mode fan.

These features add value to the V7+ which as I mentioned previously, has a triple slot which is much welcomed to not only accommodate two SIM cards, but also a memory expansion.
