As promised, vivo Malaysia launched its V21 5G Exclusive Edition in Malaysia which another variant to vivo’s longstanding V-series smartphones.
As the name suggest this smartphone variant is the 5G version of the vivo V21 which was launched about a month ago.
Highlights of the vivo V21 5G Exclusive Edition
Aside from it’s 5G capabilities which come with a new MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor, the smartphone also includes vivo’s latest extended RAM technology which makes it capable of doing more task if compared to the previous variant.
The V21 5G Exclusive Edition also now comes with more memory, getting 8 + 3GB Extended RAM and 256GB ROM.
Other than that, there’s really nothing different from the previous V21 smartphone with the specifications below saying it all.

- Display: 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED, 90 Hz refresh rate
- Processor: MTK Dimensity 800U processor
- Rear camera: 64 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro)
- Front camera: 44 MP (wide) with IOS
- Battery: Li-Po 4400 mAh, with 33W fast charge
There’s also a collaboration with Fashionably KL which resulted in an exclusive limited edition co-branded items inspired by the V21 Series for this model.
Also, the back side features brand new AG glass colored with themes inspired by nature — Sunset Dazzle and Dusk Blue.
Price and availability of the V21 5G Exclusive Edition
The smartphone is already available in the Malaysian market at a retail price of RM1,899.
Customers who purchase the V21 5G exclusive edition from any vivo concept stores from now until 13 June 2021 will also be entitled to receive a V21 5G Premium Gift Box worth value of RM658.
Those who purchase the smartphone from the vivo Malaysia’s official E-store, or flagship stores on Shopee and Lazada, will be entitled to receive exclusive gifts with a total worth value of RM647 and RM548 respectively.
Buying from any one of the three stores will get you a free Ogawa Eye Mask and Spotify Gift Card worth RM50, but purchase from the official E- Store will land you a Remax Power Bank.
Each purchase of the V21 5G Exclusive Edition will also come with a 1-year extended warranty and 1-year screen crack protection worth RM399.
In addition to that, customers who purchase the V21 5G Exclusive Edition from vivo’s telecommunication partners, like Maxis, Celcom and Digi will also get to enjoy an installment plan as well as a 1-year extended warranty, a 1-year screen crack protection and exclusive gifts with a total worth value of RM607.
