The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has officially arrived in Malaysia with the launching of the new smartphone at Pavillion KL today.
The event, which also marked the start of the Galaxy Note8 roadshow nationwide was attended by Running-man celebrity from Korea, Song Ji-Hyo.
Those purchasing the Galaxy Note8 at the roadshow which runs until 24 September, will receive a complimentary Gear VR (2017) worth RM499, and a Screen Protection plan worth RM149.
The Screen protection plan allows for a one-time screen replacement (excluding service charge) for the Galaxy Note8, but if you do cover your note with some ‘epic’ looking Galaxy Note8 casings, you’d likely not need to use it at all.
If you aren’t aware, the Galaxy Note8 is currently the best Galaxy Note smartphone ever produced by Samsung as it comes with 6.3-inch 1440p Super AMOLED Infinity Display, an Exynos 8895 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, 3,300mAh battery, and an impressive rear and front facing camera.
Retail prices for the Samsung Galaxy Note8 on Lazada Malaysia come at RM3,599, but major telcos like Digi and Maxis are offering the Galaxy Note8 at much cheaper rates. You can also buy the Galaxy Note8 through Celcom’s EasyPhone plan. – PhoneSentral.com
