OnePlus recently unveiled the design of the upcoming OnePlus 12.
According to the UK based brand, the design of the OnePlus 12 represents an evolution and continuity of the well-accepted OnePlus 11, incorporating refinements and purposeful changes.
The Change of Physical Placement of the Iconic Alert Slider is the most prominent design change on the OnePlus 12.
Now the Alert Slider is moved to the left-hand side of the phone, which allows OnePlus to introduce a new integrated antenna and the Alert Slider solution on the new device to deliver an enhanced antenna performance for gaming.
The company said that based on internal testing, it has been determined that the optimal position for gaming
antennas is between the forefingers of the user when the phone is held in landscape orientation.
However, the space is currently occupied by the Alert Slider on the OnePlus 11 hence the decision to move it to the right-side.
Besides that Alert Slider relocation, OnePlus had also introduced the Flowy Emerald Design and also equipped the smartphone with a 3X periscope telephoto camera which is supported by the 4th Gen Hasselblad Camera for Mobile which is also employing the latest AG technology to imprint it onto the glass surface of the device.
