Infinix announced the latest addition to its SMART Series, the SMART 8.
The device will be available in the Malaysian market starting from 28th May, 2024 onwards.
According to the company, the new model is designed for users who are seeking for an affordable phone packed with advanced and practical features suitable for their daily use.
Infinix SMART 8 highlights
Among the major highlights of this affordable smartphone is the 13MP Dual AI Main Camera.
According to Infinix, it is able to capture crystal-clear pictures, has a Natural Portrait Mode that artfully blurs the background to highlight the subject together with an 8MP Front Camera .
In addition, the smartphone also includes a Ring Flashlight that elevates photography by offering better photography in low-light conditions.
The smartphone also comes with 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM and an Octa-Core Gaming processor.
Powering this device is a 5,000mAh battery, with an impressive 24 hour stand-by with just 5% power left.
Another highlight is the Magic Ring which provides real-time information on charging status and voice calls. The Infinix SMART 8’s 6.6-inch Punch-Hole Screen also offers 90Hz refresh rate for better gaming experience.
It comes in four stylish colour variants, Shiny Gold, Crystal Green, Galaxy White and Timber Black.

The Infinix SMART 8 is available for Malaysians to purchase from 28th May, 2024 onwards at the price of only RM299.
The device can be purchased at all Infinix Official Online Stores such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop as well as Authorised Dealers.
In addition to that, Infinix also made it known that they woould be bringing in a new NOTE series: the NOTE 40 5G which is similar to the previously launched NOTE 40 Pro 5G. This device is for release on the 4th of June, 2024
