HONOR Malaysia this week introduced the MagicBook X 16 laptop to its customers.
The clean looking laptop adds to HONOR’s already impressive but affordable laptop line.
HONOR MagicBook X 16 Highlights
Shaped around an impressive 16-inch HONOR FullView Display, the MagicBook X 16 is designed with 4.5mm slim bezels on both sides.
It has an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 89% with the screen having a resolution of 1920*1200 pixels, 100% sRGB wide colour gamut and 300 nits’ brightness.
This allows the MagicBook X 16 to deliver vivid colors and true-to-life imagery. Despite that, the screen still features HONOR’s signature TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) Certification and TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certification to reduce harmful blue light and ensuring flicker-free viewing experience.
Inside, the MagicBook X16 is powered by the 12th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-1235U Processor, which features two performance-cores and eight efficient-cores, to deliver a Performance-core Max Turbo Frequency of 4.4GHz.
The company also highlighted the advanced heat dissipation design, which features a jumbo-size fan, dual heat pipes and a 21% larger cooling fin area than its predecessor.
A large 60Wh battery that can last for 12 hours of local 1080P video playback or 10.5 hours of daily work is also fitted into this new MagicBook X16.
Price and availability
The MagicBook X 16 will be available on 18th November 2022 on HONOR official channels on Lazada and Shopee.
It comes in Mystic Silver with 8GB RAM + 512GB storage space.
Those buying it will also stand to enjoy a free gift pack worth RM777 which includes HONOR Backpack, Wireless Mouse, Pre-installed Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021.
