This model is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra and a 9,000mAh (typ) battery with 18W fast charging.
Like the Pro Series, it features a Dolby Atmos® and Hi-Res Audio quad-speaker system to provide immersive sound for all users. The bundle is presented with a metal unibody design.
Focusing on variant pricing and availability, the REDMI Pad 2 Pro is offered in two storage variants and three colors: Graphite Gray, Silver, and Lavender Purple.
The 6GB+128GB model is initially priced at RM999 in an exclusive Shopee promotion from September 25 to October 2, before settling at its regular price of RM1,099 starting October 3.
The higher-tier 8GB+256GB variant is priced at RM1,399. The premium REDMI Pad 2 Pro 5G, which comes in Graphite Gray and Silver, is available as an 8GB+256GB variant for RM1,799 and will go on sale beginning October 15.
All 8GB+256GB Pro models, including the Pro and Pro 5G, come bundled with complimentary accessories: the REDMI Pad 2 Pro Keyboard and the REDMI Smart Pen.
The more value-oriented REDMI Pad 2 Play Bundle is available in a 4GB+128GB variant.
This version is priced at RM799 and will be available for purchase starting on October 10.
