vivo Malaysia recently introduces two exclusive initiatives or policy on vivo V30 series.
The innitiatives are made specifically to CelcomDigi customers and they include the vivo V30 Series Broken Screensaver Policy and vivo V30 Series Extended Warranty Duration of policy.
The V30 Series Broken Screensaver Policy runs for a month, from March 15, 2024 to May 15, 2024, with it enabling customers who purchased the V30 series to enjoy a 180-day broken screensaver service for free.
Eligibility to the policy is determined by the activation data during the specified period, ensuring transparency and for easy service access until June 15, 2024.
The V30 Series Extended Warranty Duration of policy on the other hand runs from March 15, 2024 till the V30 series is discontinued.
According to this policy, customers will be offered a 6-months extended policy for free.
