OPPO Find X9 Series will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500

On September 22, 2025, OPPO announced that its upcoming Find X9 Series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship chipset.

This collaboration leverages a revolutionary third-generation All-Big-Core architecture and is enhanced by OPPO’s own Trinity Engine for peak efficiency.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 features an All-Big-Core CPU with one 4.21GHz ultra-core, achieving up to 32% higher single-core and 17% higher multi-core performance than its predecessor, while simultaneously reducing peak power consumption by up to 55%.

Its Arm G1-Ultra GPU offers 33% higher graphics performance and 42% better power efficiency, enabling console-grade ray tracing. A customized cooling system on the Find X9 Series will ensure stable performance.

OPPO’s Trinity Engine introduces Android’s first Unified Computing Power Model, providing system-level computational modeling for the chipset’s CPU, GPU, and DSU.

This solution achieves over 90% accuracy in power consumption prediction, significantly optimizing energy use across all scenarios, including gaming and imaging.

The Find X9 Series therefore is presented as a testament to the partnership between OPPO and MediaTek, aiming to deliver cutting-edge, power-efficient user experiences.

More details on the OPPO Find X9 Series would be known later with the global launch expected soonest.
