The nubia Z80 Ultra, a new flagship smartphone, was announced in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on November 5, 2025.

Display: It features a customized 6.85-inch BOE X10 1.5K Under-Display Camera (UDC) full-screen display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, 2000 nits peak brightness, and a high 3000Hz instant touch sampling rate for responsive gaming.
Memory & Storage: The model available in Malaysia is configured with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Global options include up to 1TB storage.
