The live video by Instagram is getting a lot of attention among users today, but it does so without filters.
Well, starting today, Instagram will be rolling out an update which enables its users to apply filters or masks during live video.
To use it, update your Instagram app, and just tap on the face icon on the bottom right of your screen while streaming, and the filters will be visible in real-time to everyone watching your stream.
While the filters are largely the same ones already available for Stories, there’s a pair of virtual sunglasses that’s exclusive to Live for the next week.
From what I understand, the feature will be available in several countries first, and eventually make its way to Malaysia in a couple of days or weeks.
