I’ve just obtained an invitation from the honor Malaysia, a sub-brand of Huawei would be announcing a new device this 12 December 2017, and I highly anticipate it would be the Huawei Honor V10 which was launched in China earlier today.
If you have not heard, the Honor V10 uses the SoC as the Huawei Mate 10 and Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and it is a 5.99-inch smartphone with extremely thin bezels. The isn’t an AMOLED scren like the Huawei Mate 10 series, as it uses the LCD technology instead.
The all metal body smartphone comes in four colours, and has three variants during the China launch, with a dual camera 20MP + 16MP set-up also made standard across the range.
In China, the cheapest variant cost RMB 2,699 (approximately RM1,678), hence making it one of the most affordable phablets out there.
Frankly speaking the Huawei Mate 10 is already an impressive device but the price may be a slight turn off. With honor, you get almost the same specifications on the Mate series, at a much lower price.
