HONOR Malaysia today launched of their latest HONOR Magic Series devices, consisting of the HONOR Magic5, the HONOR Magic5 Pro and the HONOR Magic Vs.
Aside from launching the smartphones, HONOR Malaysia also announced that all devices will received 5 security updates and 3 major system updates.
According to the company previously, Malaysia is the first market outside of China to get the two devices which was just recently launched for the global market.
In case you didn’t know, the HONOR Magic5 Pro is HONOR’s flagship smartphone which had been crowned the best smartphone camera by DXOMARK, with the smartphone also being ranked #1 for it’s display.

As mentioned, HONOR also launched the HONOR Magic Vs which is it’s famed foldable smartphone.
The smartphone has a gapless fold which transforms its 6.45 inch OLED screen to a 7.9 inch OLED screen.

HONOR Magic Series Malaysia price and availability
The HONOR Magic5 which comes at 12GB RAM and 256GB storage space, comes with freebies worth RM700 for those buying the smartphone from 28 April 2023.
However, for the flagship HONOR Magic Series smartphones, which is the Magic5 Pro and Magic Vs, are now available in Malaysia through a pre-order from today until 13 April 2023.
Those who pre-order the Magic5 Pro will enjoy freebies worth RM1,200 while those opting for the foldable Magic Vs will enjoy freebies worth RM2,200.
That now brings us to the pricing.
The Magic5 is priced at RM3,499 with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage space.
I expected the price of the Magic5 Pro to be below RM4,000, but today, HONOR announced it will be RM4,299 with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage space.
Meanwhile, the foldable Magic Vs will be priced at RM5,999 for 12GB RAM and 512GB storage space as well.
Those pre-ordering the phones can expect to get them on 14th April 2023.
