Xiaomi opens flagship store in The Exchange TRX

Xiaomi is set to open its second flagship retail store in Malaysia on July 26, 2025, at The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur.

This new outlet marks a significant milestone for Xiaomi Malaysia, following the success of its first new retail store at IPC Shopping Centre.

The Exchange TRX store will be Xiaomi’s largest New Retail store in Southeast Asia, showcasing over 250 display SKUs and offering more than 500 Xiaomi devices, including smartphones, AIoT devices, and smart home solutions.

Beyond being a retail space, the store will provide on-site after-sales support with trained Xiaomi specialists, ensuring a comprehensive customer experience. Located in a prime lifestyle destination, the store embodies Xiaomi’s “Human x Car x Home” strategy, integrating personal and smart home devices for a refined smart living experience.

According to Eddie Huang, Country Manager of Xiaomi Malaysia, this expansion reinforces their commitment to making innovative technology accessible and enhancing customer experience through thoughtful retail design and service.

To celebrate the grand opening, the Xiaomi Store The Exchange TRX will offer exclusive in-store promotions, gifts, and giveaways. Customers can redeem a free gift on opening day by checking in and sharing their visit on social media.
