POCO Malaysia just announced the new POCO C85.
The POCO C85 is an entry-level smartphone designed for reliability, performance, and aesthetic appeal.
A major selling point is its large 6,000mAh battery, which provides up to 22 hours of video playback or 82 hours of music.
The device supports 33W fast charging, reaching 50% charge in 31 minutes, and also offers 10W reverse charging.
The phone features a large 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate.
This POCO smartphone’s display is also certified by TÜV Rheinland for low blue light and flicker-free viewing, and it includes Wet Touch Technology 2.0 for screen responsiveness even with wet fingers.
The POCO C85 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor and comes with up to 16GB of RAM with memory extension and 1TB of expandable storage.
For photography, it has a 50MP main camera and an 8MP front camera.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 200% volume boost, and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. Since POCO is a sub-brand of Xiaomi, its only right for the device to run on the ever reliable Xiaomi HyperOS 2.
The POCO C85 is now on sale on official POCO stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as on mi.com.
Early bird prices in Malaysia will see the device going from as low as RM399 until 16 September 2025 for the POCO C85 (6GB+128GB) variant and RM459 for the POCO C85 (8GB+236GB) variant.
