The series comes in two variants, the iQOO Z9 and iQOO Z9x.
iQOO Z9 series highlights
The iQOO Z9 is powered by the Snapdragon® 7 Gen 3, while its counterpart, the iQOO Z9x, is equipped with the Snapdragon® 6 Gen 1 Mobile Platform.
Both focus on optimizing gaming experiences and feature the cutting-edge 6000 mAh Ultra-Thin Graphite Battery.
The Z9 supports an 80W FlashCharge, while the Z9x offers a 44W FlashCharge.
Both phones come with a thickness of less than 8mm and a total weight of just 199g.
The iQOO Z9 boasts a generous 6.78-inch display with a blistering 144 Hz Ultra-Smooth AMOLED. Its 1.5K resolution and 4500 nits peak brightness ensure optimal visibility even in glaring sunlight, while the 3840 Ultra-High PWM dimming technology enhances viewing comfort in low-light conditions, safeguarding users’ eyes.
It also boast iQOO‘s largest-ever vapor chamber.
The iQOO Z9x on the other hand boast a LPDDR4X+UFS 2.2 setup and dynamic 120Hz LCD screen, with a peak brightness of 1000 nits.
It comes with NFC capability and is fortified with an Anti-Dropping cushioning mechanism.
It also comes with a 12+12GB extended RAM and a 300% amplified volume.

In addition to that, the Z9 series has also teamed up with BMW Millennium Welt and Mountain Dew to create a truly exhilarating experience.
This in tune sees the series available in Phantom Black and Breeze Green for the iQOO Z9, and Mystic Black and Northern Green for the iQOO Z9x.
Price and availability of iQOO Z9
The iQOO Z9 is priced at RM 1499 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Those buying the smartphone will also receive free gifts if they purchase the iQOO Z9 that is worth up to RM168.
Likewise, the iQOO Z9x is priced at RM1199 for the 12GB + 256GB variant in Malaysia with exclusive free gifts worth up to RM187.
