The Infinix NOTE Edge, set to launch on February 4, 2026, is set to establish a new benchmark for smartphone longevity in the mid-range segment.
According to Infinix, the brand is committed to providing three years of full Android OS updates and five years of security patches for this device, which makes it the longest upgrade commitment ever offered for the NOTE series.
Launching with XOS 16, the NOTE Edge is planned for an eventual upgrade to XOS 19.
This extended software support ensures that users will have continued access to performance optimizations, new features, and interface refinements while maintaining a secure and stable device for years.
The five-year security pledge specifically focuses on safeguarding user data and privacy against evolving digital threats.
To celebrate the launch, Infinix will host an exclusive TikTok Live sale on February 4, 2026, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, featuring tech reviewer Jay Khor.
The livestream event will include various promotions, such as:
