Highlights of realme C30

So what’s special about this new smartphone?

For starters, it is inspired by premium and minimalistic design which is usually seen on high-end luggage, namely the Vertical Stripe Design.

This design offers a subtle arrangement of a series of symmetrical three-dimensional stripes as thin as 8.5mm, combining the stunning visual experience with a comfortable in-hand feel hence reflecting elegance, style, and is aesthetically-pleasing.

Under the hood, realme states that the Unisoc T612 processor octa-core 12nm chip technology allows the smartphone to clock an AnTuTu Benchmark Score of 210,036 of up to 1.8Ghz.

realme Malaysia claims that this is good enough for gaming, entertainment, or general daily usage.

The smartphone also comes with UFS 2.2 high-speed flash storage that provides 3x faster data read and write speed and a massive 5,000mAh battery that last for 45 days on standby.

The single rear 8MP AI camera also gets highlighted with a f/2.0 aperture and a 4X digital zoom picture.

Up front, the realme C30’s 5MP Selfie Camera is also said to be able to take good selfies.

In terms of memory, the smartphone offers up to 1TB external memory via its microSD card slot and it also supports two SIMs.

The smartphone comes available in colours – Lake Blue, Bamboo Green, and Denim Black.

Personal thoughts about the realme C30

I personally like the design of the C30 which I think is refreshing, but that’s where I would stop as I am not really one for the budget market when it comes to smartphones.

However, if budget friendly smartphone are something you are looking for, adding a few hundred would see you get the vivo T1x or the realme C35, which I think might be a sweeter deal given it has fast charging, a triple camera set-up and a better processor.

However, if your budget is strictly below RM500, this may be perfect for you and you can grab them with deals at the official realme stores below.
