Digi continues offering free 30GB internet to B40 community

Digi is extending its offer of free 30GB Productivity Internet per month (1GB daily) until 31 July 2021.

This free internet can be used by the Bottom 40 (B40) community for home-based e-learning and remote working needs.

According to Digi, all active Postpaid and Prepaid customers will continue to enjoy 30GB Productivity Internet per month for learning and productivity tools, over and above their monthly data allocation from their existing plans.

Accessing social media, gaming, video and music streaming will utilise customers’ existing data plan.

Digi will also continue to offer free and unlimited access to a range of information-related apps, websites and services to ensure Malaysians stay updated with the latest Covid-19 developments.

The list includes MySejahtera and MyTrace apps, important health-related websites and hotlines such as the Ministry of Health’s Crisis Preparedness Response Centre (CPRC) Hotline, Ministry of Health and World Health Organisation websites, and more.

Additionally, Digi will be offering RM5 worth of internet credit (Prepaid) or bill rebate (Postpaid) to eligible recipients of the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) programme.

Eligible BPR recipients need to send “BPR” to 28282 to register their interest to receive the RM5 internet credit or rebate, and will receive an SMS notification upon successful verification.
