vivo X300 Ultra Launches in Malaysia with ZEISS Imaging System and Pro-Level Video Features

vivo has officially launched the vivo X300 Ultra in Malaysia, marking the first global debut of the X Series Ultra model outside China.

Designed for professional creators and photography enthusiasts, the flagship smartphone introduces an advanced imaging system co-engineered with ZEISS, combining premium optics, high-end computational photography, and cinematic video capabilities in a single device.

The vivo X300 Ultra is equipped with the ZEISS Master Lenses Collection, featuring triple prime focal lengths at 14mm, 35mm, and 85mm for ultra-wide, documentary-style, and portrait photography.

The smartphone’s standout feature is its 200MP 85mm ZEISS Gimbal-Grade APO Telephoto Camera, which supports 60fps autofocus tracking and gimbal-level optical image stabilisation for sharper long-range shots and smoother handheld photography.

vivo also introduced two dedicated telephoto extenders, including a 200mm equivalent extender and a 400mm equivalent Gen 2 Ultra extender, expanding the device’s professional-grade zoom capabilities.

For content creators and videographers, the vivo X300 Ultra supports Multi-Focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log Video and Dolby Vision recording across all rear cameras.

The smartphone integrates vivo Color Science technology, enabling cinematic colour reproduction and detailed tone adjustments for professional editing workflows.

Users can also access dedicated Film Look and Film Style modes, alongside advanced Pro Video controls and compatibility with ACES colour workflows used in cinema production.

The smartphone also enhances audio recording through its Quad-Mic Audio Recording Master system, designed to isolate target sound sources while reducing environmental noise.

To further support mobile videography, vivo introduced the vivo SmallRig Pro Video Rig Kit, which includes dual-hand grips, cooling support, physical zoom and shutter controls, and accessory mounting options for professional shooting setups.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and vivo’s VS1+ imaging chip, the vivo X300 Ultra is designed for high-performance multitasking and intensive creative workloads.

The device features a 6.82-inch 2K ZEISS Master Color Display with 4500 nits peak brightness, a 6600mAh BlueVolt battery, 100W FlashCharge support, and 40W wireless charging.

Additional features include IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, Armor Glass protection, OriginOS 6, and a commitment to five years of OS upgrades with seven years of security updates.
