The partnership focuses on adopting high-quality and safety-compliant battery cells that align with the requirements of the GB 47372-2026 standard.
By combining ATL’s expertise in battery cell development with UGREEN’s engineering and system integration capabilities, both companies seek to enhance the consistency, durability, and safety performance of portable charging devices.
UGREEN also played a role in shaping the new GB 47372-2026 power bank safety specification by contributing industry insights and practical experience related to battery reliability and product safety.
To support compliance with evolving safety requirements, the company has implemented a five-part safety framework covering traceability, automated manufacturing, product identification, battery testing, and real-time monitoring.
Its Manufacturing Execution System enables digital tracking throughout the production process, while automated production lines help reduce human error and improve manufacturing consistency.
Each product is equipped with a unique serial identification code for traceability, and battery cells undergo stringent testing procedures, including nail penetration, compression, and lithium plating assessments.
In addition, a real-time monitoring and alert system continuously tracks battery performance and records anomalies for lifecycle analysis and quality control.
