Amazfit has officially introduced the new Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro, a premium performance smartwatch designed specifically for marathon runners and endurance athletes.
Announced in Kuala Lumpur on 11 May 2026, the latest addition to the Cheetah lineup focuses on structured training, recovery monitoring, and lightweight performance to help runners maintain consistency throughout long marathon preparations.
The Cheetah 2 Pro combines advanced running metrics, intelligent coaching tools, and durable premium materials in a compact design.
Featuring a Grade 5 titanium frame and scratch-resistant sapphire glass, the smartwatch is built to withstand demanding training sessions while remaining lightweight and comfortable. It also comes with a 1.32-inch AMOLED display for improved readability during workouts in varying lighting conditions.
One of the key highlights is the integration of Zepp Coach, which offers personalized training plans ranging from 3K races to full marathons.
The smartwatch also supports third-party fitness platforms including Strava, TrainingPeaks, Runna, and Intervals.icu, giving runners greater flexibility in managing their training programs.
The watch delivers advanced performance metrics such as pacing analysis, lactate threshold tracking, running power, gait analysis, VO₂ max, and finish time predictions.
Recovery insights including heart rate variability (HRV), sleep tracking, and fatigue monitoring are accessible through the Zepp app, helping athletes balance training intensity and recovery more effectively.
Equipped with dual-band GPS and multi-satellite positioning, the Cheetah 2 Pro ensures accurate route tracking and pacing during runs. Battery life reaches up to 31 hours in GPS mode and up to 20 days with normal use.
The smartwatch will officially launch on 14 May 2026 through Amazfit’s official channels and selected online retail platforms.
