vivo Malaysia recently announced it will be organizing the vivo Service Day.
According to the company, the event is designed to elevate customer satisfaction by offering exclusive discounts on phone servicing for specified parts and services on vivo phone models.
It will happen from 22 to 23 January, 2024 with customers having older phone models that require service able to get discounts ranging from 15% to 20% on replacement parts, which includes upgrades for motherboards and screens.
This limited-time offer aims to provide customers during the Lunar New Year to revive and extend the life of their devices at an affordable costs.
Customers who come to the service center in person will also be treated to a variety of extra services.
These extra services includes receiving a free application of protective film and a protective cover for specific models at no additional cost.
Additionally, vivo will be offering free phone cleaning, free labor fee as well as free software upgrades.
To top it off, customers can enjoy a 10% discount on the purchase of accessories such as chargers, data cables, and earphones during the day which will be happening at vivo Service Centers nationwide.
