These new devices focus on everyday reliability, offering significant upgrades in performance, camera quality, and display technology. Both models are built to last, featuring an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, alongside a commitment to six generations of operating system upgrades and six years of security updates.
They also pack a robust 5000mAh battery that can easily power you through the day, ensuring you stay connected longer.
The integration of Awesome Intelligence sets the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G apart.
Users can enjoy smart tools like Voice Transcription for easily recording and translating meetings, and Circle to Search with Google for effortless multi-object discovery.
Photography is also enhanced through AI tools like Object Eraser for removing unwanted background clutter and improved Nightography for stunning low-light captures.
While both phones share a spacious 6.7-inch display and a 50MP main camera, there are distinct differences between the two.
The Galaxy A57 5G is the slimmer and lighter option, weighing 179g with a vibrant Super AMOLED+ display, and it boasts a superior 12MP ultra-wide lens.
It comes in Awesome Navy, Awesome Gray, and Awesome Icyblue, with memory options of 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
In contrast, the Galaxy A37 5G is slightly thicker at 196g, features a standard Super AMOLED display, and includes an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
It is available in Awesome Lavender, Awesome Charcoal, and Awesome Graygreen, with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
Price and availability
Available in Malaysia from the 25th of March 2026, the pricing for these sleek smartphones is highly competitive.
The Galaxy A57 5G starts at a recommended retail price of RM2,399 for the 256GB model, whilst the 512GB version is priced at RM2,699.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy A37 5G is available from RM1,899 for the 8GB RAM model and RM1,999 for the 12GB RAM variant.
Furthermore, buyers can take advantage of launch rebates offering up to RM300 in savings until the 31st of December 2026.
